How do I know when my order is processed and shipped?
Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Please note that delivery times will vary due to:
- depending on where you live
- delays during holiday periods or extreme weather events
- COVID-19
How can I track my online order?
We deliver using Australia Post. To find out where your parcel is, go to the website www.auspost.com.au/track and enter your tracking code.
If a parcel is returned to Holika Holika Australia due to being unclaimed or because an incorrect address was submitted, the customer will be responsible for the redelivery handling and postage fee of up to $20. If the customer would prefer a refund then the fee will then be deducted from the total order amount. Holika Holika Australia is not responsible for unclaimed parcels or parcels that have had incorrect addresses submitted during the order. Holika Holika Australia is also not responsible where a parcel has been lost or stolen unless this occurred during transit. We provide tracking numbers and the status 'Delivered' will signify that the order has been successfully received.
Please ensure the address is correct when confirming your order to avoid any inconvenience. If delivery is made to an address where you are temporarily staying such as a hotel, please ensure you allow enough time between ordering and when you check out to reduce the risk of missing your parcel due to delivery time frames that cannot be controlled. Holika Holika Australia will not be responsible for missed parcels if you are no longer staying at the temporary place of residence.
